International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (http://www.ithmines.com/) is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and evaluating mineral properties and either joint venturing or developing these properties further or disposing of them when the evaluation is completed. It holds a 100% interest in its Livengood Gold Project, an exploration-stage project in Alaska, United States of America. The Livengood Gold Project is located approximately 113 kilometers (70 miles) by road northwest of Fairbanks, Alaska in the Tolovana Mining District within the Tintina Gold Belt. The Livengood Gold Project has a mineral resource of 497 million measured tons at an average grade of 0.68 g/tons, approximately 28 million indicated tons at an average grade of approximately 0.69 g/tons and over 53 million inferred tons at an average grade of 0.66 g/ton. The Company's subsidiaries include Tower Hill Mines, Inc., Tower Hill Mines (US) LLC, and Livengood Placers, Inc.
