The Company's development product candidate, tildacerfont, is a non-steroidal therapy that offers disease control for patients suffering from congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). Tildacerfont is a potent and selective, non-steroidal, oral, small-molecule antagonist of the corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1 (CRF1) receptor, which is a regulator of the production of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Its CAHmelia-204, is a second Phase IIb clinical trial in adult patients with CAH with good disease control focused on glucocorticoid reduction.
