The Company’s principal activity is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in South America and Canada. The Company is engaged in advancing its CESAR copper-silver project in Colombia and the RT Gold project in Peru. The CESAR sediment-hosted copper-silver project is located approximately 420 kilometers (km) north of Bogota, Colombia. The Company has exclusive rights to acquire 100% of RT Gold project, which is located approximately 760 kilometers north-west (NW) of Lima, Peru. The RT Gold property features two primary zones for exploration: CERRO and TABLON. The CERRO zone is a bulk tonnage gold-bearing porphyry, and the TABLON zone is a high-grade gold-bearing massive sulfide.
