The Company acquires and develops land, provides land and construction capital to its owned and controlled builders. It is engaged in the homebuilding process, including land acquisition and development, entitlements, design, construction, title and mortgage services, marketing and sales and the creation of brand images at its residential neighbourhoods and master planned communities. Its core markets are in the United States, metropolitan areas of Dallas-Forth Worth (DFW), Texas and Atlanta, Georgia, as well as the Treasure Coast, Florida area. The Company operates through three segments: Builder operations Central, Builder operations Southeast, and Land development. Builder operations Central represents operations of its builders in Texas, whereas Builder operations Southeast represents operations of its builders in Georgia and Florida.
