Enbridge Inc. on Friday reported first-quarter profit of $1.6 billion. On a per-share basis, the Calgary, Alberta-based company said it had net income of 75 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 66 cents per share. The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 67 cents per share.&nbsp
