The bus segment, which involves the design, engineering, manufacture and sales of school buses and extended warranties across the United States, Canada and in international markets. The Parts segment, which consists primarily of the purchase of parts from third parties to be sold to dealers within the Company’s network and sale of replacement bus parts. The Company also offers alternative-fuel applications with a range of electric, gasoline, diesel, propane and compressed natural gas-powered school buses. It sells buses and parts directly to fleet operators, the United States Government, state governments, and authorized dealers in a number of foreign countries.
