Denison Mines Corp. (www.denisonmines.com) is a uranium exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of uranium properties, extraction, processing and selling of uranium. The Company operates in three segments: the Mining segment, the Closed Mine Services segment and the Corporate and Other segment. The Mining segment includes activities related to exploration, evaluation and development, mining, milling (including toll milling) and the sale of mineral concentrates. The Closed Mine Services segment includes the operations of the Company’s environmental services business which provides mine decommissioning and other services. The Corporate and Other segment includes its provision of general administrative and management services to uranium participation corporation (UPC). It has interest in Wheeler River Uranium Project, McClean Lake uranium mill, Waterbury Lake property, Millennium project, the Kiggavik project, Christie Lake and Elliot Lake.
